Vicki and I understand that sometimes unexpected events occur which prevent you from attending a crop that you have registered for. To accommodate such instances we now have a refund policy in place. If you find you are unable to attend an event please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a refund. We will allow substitutions if you have a friend who can take your place. If possible in these cases please let us know who your substitute will be.

If a refund is requested 7 or more days prior to an event the amount of the refund will be 75% of the registration fee paid.

If a refund is requested 24 hours to 6 days prior to an event the amount of the refund will be 50% of the registration fee paid.

Refunds requested less than 24 hours prior to an event will be determined on a case by case basis. Any refunds agreed to less than 24 hours prior to the event will not be more than 50% of the registration fee paid.

* Please note - no partial refunds will be given to an individual registering as part of a group for a table.
