The Seinfeld Crop - July 17-18th, 2010


This event lasts from 6:00am on Saturday, July 17th to 6:00pm on Sunday, July 18th. It will be held at the Holiday Inn, 200 McDonald Drive, Lawrence, Kansas.

We believe that this will be a great opportunity for you and your business to share your scrapbooking tools, talents and techniques with avid scrapbookers! We will offer 36 hours of uninterrupted cropping, lots of croppers, fabulous prizes and little 'extras' such as our evening social hour and free morning coffee that we believe help to create an atmosphere that sets us apart from other crops.

Booth Rental

Diva Designs provides two options for vendors to choose from for vendor booth rentals. Both options provide you with the same exposure to the croppers and shoppers but differ in size and accommodations slightly. Please consider each option and determine what you believe will work best for you and your business. Both options will include high-speed wireless internet, electricity and phone connection at no extra charge if requested. We will have limited space for vendors at this crop and expect vendor space to sell out quickly. Vendor booths will not be guaranteed or assigned until a completed vendor agreement with full payment is received. Vendor participation will be promoted on the Diva Designs website, which will be updated as agreements and payments are received. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions.   • Vendor Option 1 - $250

    This option includes:
    » A 10' X 12' booth space with 2 eight foot tables.
    » One FREE cropper seat and the option to purchase a second cropper seat at half price ($30).
    » Electricity and phone at your booth are available by request (contact Vicki at 785-379-9912 or by email with your request).


  • Vendor Option 2 - $200

    This option includes:
    » An 8' x 10' booth space with 1 eight foot table.
    » One half price cropper seat ($30).
    » Electricity and phone at your booth are available by request (contact Vicki at 785-379-9912 or by email with your request).


  • Additional Tables - $10

    Additional eight foot tables can be purchased for either option above. If you chose Option 2 above, you are limited to only one additional table.


  • Half-Price Cropper Seat - $30

    If you are purchasing a half-price cropper seat, you need to contact Vicki at 785-379-9912 or by email to let her know the name(s) of who will be using your cropper seat(s). Option 1 vendors have one free seat and may purchase one half price seat. Option 2 vendors may purchase one half price seat.
